Special Announcements

We offer scholarship money to members who are pursuing a degree in early care and education. We will be offering two (2) scholarships in the amount of $250 each for the upcoming spring semester of 2009 - 2010.

You must:

	be a member of SAEYC
	already be enrolled or be enrolling for the upcoming spring semester in an Early Childhood Education undergraduate program

Scholarship Application

The SAEYC is a non-profit organization made up of early childhood practitioners, teachers, parents, and other professionals who work on behalf of the needs and rights of young children and their families. We are an affiliate of both the New York State Association of the Education of Young Children (NYSAEYC) as well as the National Association of the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).

Our mission is to support the development of professionals to promote quality care and education for the well-being of all young children and their families. As Board members, our purpose is to serve and act on the behalf of the needs and rights of young children in focusing on the provision of educational services and resources in adults who work with and for children from birth to age eight.
