When you become a member of the local Syracuse Association for the Education of Young Children you automatically become a member of the state affiliate (NYSAEYC) and the national organization (NAEYC).  Please designate Syracuse as your affiliate choice and New York as your state choice.

The SAEYC affiliate area covers:  Onondaga, Cayuga, Oswego, Madison, and Oneida counties; however, people living in other counties may also join.

Membership levels are as follows:

Student  -  $40
Regular  -  $60
Comprehensive  -  $100

All membership levels receive:  6 issues of Young Children; reduced fees at national, state & local conferences; voting in elections; reduced rates for the Early Childhood Research Quarterly; access to the "members-only" section of the NAEYC web site; insurance and credit card options.

In addition, SAEYC benefits include:  free admission to any one of our three most popular SAEYC professional events.  Choose from: Stone Soup Supper, Growing Together Conference, or the Utica Conference.  Membership also includes an SAEYC newsletter three times a year and the NYSAEYC newsletter.  Members also benefit from scholarship opportunities; networking; advocacy and accreditation resources.
